Refunds and cancellations
Cancelling
You can cancel Lefty Plus at any time in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Lefty. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Refunds
Lefty Plus is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple processes all payments and refunds. EzPanda cannot issue App Store refunds directly. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, choose the Lefty charge and follow the steps. Apple decides refund requests under its own terms, usually within a few days.
If something went wrong on our side, for example Plus did not unlock after payment, email ezpandaofficial@gmail.com with the date of purchase. We will fix the entitlement or support your refund request with Apple.
Free trials and pilot access
Drivers in the Ontario pilot receive Lefty Plus free for their first year. No payment is taken for that period and no refund is needed. If a free trial is offered later, cancelling before it ends means you are not charged.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law.
